They are fun and easy to make\, look and smell great\, and make fantastic homemade holiday gifts! Clear plastic gift bags and curly ribbon are included. \nThis is a great adult-child activity. Online registration at www.richfieldmn.gov/register is preferred; walk-in registrations allowed as space permits. $3 per person (half-off for members); $3.50 per candle. This program will run three times today; 1-2 p.m.; 2-3 p.m.; and 3-4 p.m.
