Participants will learn how to mix paints to the right consistency and use “dirty pour” or “flip cup” techniques to create mesmerizing abstract patterns that evoke gardens in bloom and flowing spring rivers. We’ll use a vibrant palette of pinks\, yellows\, soft greens\, and sky blues to capture the energy of the season. Painted coasters will be cured and sealed offsite by instructor. In this workshop\, Elpis Enterprises staff will guide the participants in how to use jigs to place their bird feeder kit. Participants will then put hammer to nail and fully assemble their bird feeder created from reclaimed cedar fence that was headed for the landfill.
