Participants will be taught basic mindfulness practices, then be guided in an immersive experience on a nature walk to practice those skills. These experiences broaden awareness, sharpen focus, engage the senses, and open the heart. Our goal is to cultivate a deeper nature and develop a sense of compassion for other being – including ourselves and fellow humans! ime for sharing will be included.
