Adult/Child Nature Yoga

Connect with your child and nature by taking your yoga practice to Wood Lake! THis is a great class for new or practicing yogis, and fun for all ages. Enjoy movements that reflect earth, water, wind, and animal poses. A few mats provided; you can also bring your own. Class outside if weather permits
$15/adult-child pair; $10/member pair plus $5 per additional child.
