Bilingual Yin-Yoga

Join us for a relaxing yin yoga class. This will be a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues working on the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Come for the one-hour yoga practice, stay for a fire and cocoa after class. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat or blanket. Instructor: Wendy Zuniga.
