Humans aren’t the only ones who love Halloween! Dress up your pup in your favorite canine costume and get tails wagging. Construct crafts with the Richfield Arts Commission and your funny-frocked furry friend! It is also the perfect time to meet your neighbors and vote on which pet costume you like the best. Refreshments and treats provided; all ages and breeds welcome. Free.
