Foodie Friday: Pie Crusts from Scratch

A hands-on class where adults and kids ages 12 and up will learn to make an easy, never-fail pie crust. The lard used in class will be sourced from Richfield Farmers Market vendor Flying Leap Farm.
Practice mixing dough and rolling it out. Enjoy pie samples and coffee, and take home a fresh pie crust to make into your favorite pie at home.
Marilyn McGriff was a pie recipe engineer for Braham Pie Day, a 25+ year pie festival in Braham (the pie capital of Minnesota!). She delights in creating new pie flavors, and her pies were previously featured on “On the Road” with KSTP’s Jason Davis.
