Hikin’ for Lichen with iNaturalist

Miniature but mighty, lichens, can be found in almost every habitat growing on any substrate. Come learn about these complex and colorful organisms and their important role in the ecosystem as an indicator species. Using the iNaturalist app and hand lenses, identify three lichen forms while hiking and looking for other winter critters. Dress for the weather! Ages 8 and up; $5/person and half-off for members.
