Let’s go fishing!

This is not a fish tale. On the second Friday of the summer months (June, July & August), a naturalist from Fort Snelling State Park will be at Taft Park (62nd & Bloomington Ave.) from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. to teach all you want to know about fishing in the area from common Minnesota fish species to how to bait a hook and cast. No experience or registration is necessary; just show up. Ages 5+ with parent/guardian supervision, and if you don’t have equipment, don’t worry. It will be provided. More information here.
