Open Streets at PennFest

Enjoy Penn Avenue via foot, bicycle, rollerblades or skateboard with no cars or trucks to get in the way. All vehicular travel is replaced with fun activities like live music, dancing, crafts, sports and kids entertainment from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. Plus, businesses on and around Penn Avenue will participate in the fun.
