Peace Chain – Grande Connection

August 6 is a day of observance, commemorated every year in Hiroshima, Japan, in hopes of global peace. This year we’re honoring this tradition at the Mall of America with our friends from Japan.  Seasoned and new beaders all over the globe have been working very hard to create the longest Peace Chain in the world, one gram of beads at a time. The Grande Connection event will be when all our beaded Peace Rings are connected together in a mile long chain.

Guests can expect to sit down and bead with creatives of all experiences. We hope that this event will help connect and strengthen the bond among beaders and aspiring beaders to aim for a more peaceful world.
