POOLAPALOOZA CARDBOARD BOAT RACES!
Put your shipbuilding skills to the test and set sail at the Richfield Poolapalooza Cardboard Boat Races on Saturday, July 22, 2:00 pm, at the Richfield Pool. Pre-registration is required; there is no charge. Visit the Pool web page for complete rules and a link to register (richfieldmn.gov/pool). SPACES ARE LIMITED AND FILLING FAST!
Build a boat out of cardboard and bring it to the race, where you’ll race for 50 meters in heats of five boats or less. Please review the rules on the Richfield Pool web page to ensure that your boat isn’t disqualified! Prizes will include season passes and daily passes to the pool. Pre-registration is required online; the event is free. Bon voyage and good luck, captain!!
