2. Wood Lake Nature Center

The park features several wildlife viewing areas, a 100-seat amphitheater, a picnic ground, and three miles of trails and boardwalks. The trails wind through three different habitats: cattail marsh, mixed lowland forest, and restored prairie.
3. Minnesota Zoo
The Minnesota Zoo is home to more than 5,300 animals. The 485-acre campus features miles of outdoor trails and the largest indoor interconnected zoo exhibits in the country! The Minnesota Zoo is springtime fun for young and old alike and is just a quick drive from Richfield.
