Honey Harvest

In a good year, Wood Lake’s bees will make over 200 pounds of honey! Learn about the active and fascinating life of the honeybee while looking into a beehive and harvesting fresh honey to taste. Learn what you can do at home to maintain healthy bee populations in Minnesota. Sunday, September 10 from 1 to 2:30 p.m.; repeated same day 3-4:30 p.m.
Online registration at www.woodlakenaturecenter.org is preferred; walk-in registrations are allowed as space permits. Limit 30 people; $5 per person; half-off for members.
