Intro to Tenango Embroidery
Traditional Mexican embroidery, known as Tenango, can be used to add texture and color to your embroidery projects. Learn different Tenango embroidery stitches--including Otomi, Chamula, and Tzotzil--each with their own texture and style, and create your own embroidered napkin. Materials provided. This program is funded with money from Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
